She won the championship again...

She got this trophy again...

This is the 3rd time she won this trophy in 4 years time...

She won the championship on 2006, 2007 & 2009,

but she missed the 2008...

She got first runner-up in 08...

If she won the championship last year,

which mean that she won the championship for 3 censecutive years,

then this trophy will be in my house forever since last year...

Today, she won the championship after the best of 5 series...

She fought bec after losing first two set of games...

She got 3-2 after playing 5 set of games...

Now, this trophy bec to my house again...

一日五餐

自從進入七月以來， 我幾乎每天都一日五餐...

早餐，茶點，午餐，茶點，晚餐，夜宵（有時候）...

正所謂：食得是福 ， 所以最近的我幾乎每天都在享''福'' 啊...

好爽啊！！！

非常爽呀！！！

真是爽翻啦！！！

Early in the morning...

In the clinic...

This is my right hand...

Those are my blood...

hahaha...

After that, went for breakfast v my mum n brother...

Fried bee hoon mee, kaya butter toast, tosse, wadai, apom, roti canai...

(First meal)

Then, tea v my brother...

juz a cup of drink while waiting his friend checking his car tyre...

(Not consider a meal)

Noon, lunch v my grandpa, granma n brother...

Rice v curry chicken, asam prawn, fish, vege...

(Second meal)

A few hours later, tea time v my mum n her frenz...

Curry mee, laksa (share v mum), pisang goreng, ice kacang...

(Third meal)

Evening, dinner v my dad...

Old Town 'polo pau', 'si mat lai cha', ice cream...

(Fourth meal)

Night, supper at home...

Juz a little cupcake n a cup of soya bean...

(Fifth meal)

The conclusion is

I gain 0.5kg weight...
hahaha...
